 RE:      Exciting Enhancements to the Medical Practice of Dr. Huatuco

 Dear Friends,

 It gives me great pleasure to announce the addition of Dr. Meenal Shah to my medical practice.  Dr. Shah joins us, with high honor and recommendation, from Drexel University in Pennsylvania.  Meenal’s commitment to the highest quality of care and her top-of-the-line knowledge of medicine and treatment has solidified my confidence in her joining the community here in Tracy. 

 As a valued patient of this medical practice, I ensure you that everybody will have access to both Dr. Shah and me for all of your medical needs, with less waiting time.  My goal is to have Meenal know each and every one of you the way I do, with the same level of trust that is shared.

 In addition, we are currently going through a major overhaul of the medical practice.  As I am sure many are aware, healthcare is a very demanding, dynamic, and unforgiving industry - especially from the insurance and pharmaceutical companies, including government payers.  In order to combat the constant changes, and to improve the level of care you receive, this medical practice is now integrating a completely electronic and paperless environment. 

 While there may be some growing pains while we implement this new system, it is with complete certainty that we will be fully prepared for what lies ahead in the future, while remaining on the cutting-edge of medical care and practice management.  I respectfully request that all of you be patient while we become accustomed to this new system.
